Honesty time…

One thing anyone who knows me well knows, is that I was a huge fan of The Cure in the late 80’s. I never really listen to them anymore, but their recordings are always present nonetheless. Here’s an honest audio post from me with no pretension - one from The Cure. I’ve always loved this song because it was their transition from the Pop/Hook “catchy” Cure to the one that sold gallons of black eyeliner and Aquanet. A good friend of mine is getting tickets for their North American tour this spring and I’m going to see them dammit! The last time I did I was 17 and full of angst, and I wonder what seeing them at 36 and content will feel like.

By the way, what the fuck happened to the 10MB upload bump for audio posts? Was that just for a day after the server host fiasco? Jesus… this audio file is 5.5MB and I can’t upload it now. Well, I guess an imeem post will have to do.
