Just got a call from my wife, who is in Minneapolis on a trip with her business partner and their staff from Hybrid Salon. They were at the Chambers Hotel, which is modeled after the flagship property in NYC, to have dinner at the Chambers Kitchen and I’m very jealous because I had a freakin’ frozen pizza for dinner :(
